Tracie Marsh at the Mouse Fountain

Tracie Marsh, a Seattle area native, has been a musician since she was 5 years old. She holds a bass performance degree and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Washington State University and has traveled the world performing music of all styles. While living in Boston, Tracie played in several bands and held the principal bass position in The New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra. She also worked 4 years aboard cruise ships playing for large productions and entertainers such as The Platters, The Drifters and many other Las Vegas styled production shows. Since moving to Poulsbo in 2005, Tracie has been a busy bassist/singer performing in several music projects, studio session work, and composing music. Tracie's current music projects include; 'The Tracie Marsh Band' original music in the pop soul jazz genre, 'Soul Siren' a fun top 40, funk and rock cover band, 'Jazz Canvas' art/music production show, 'Lost and Found,' a Christian ministry band and the newest, “Marsh Family Band.”

Civil Rebellion (Free Friday Concert)

Noah Wossene studied the artists and bands before him and discovered their mighty splendor. The freedom of just going out and just performing without any restrictions spoke to him in ways that many have become lethargic. Seeing that the spirit of being uninhibited onstage and having a playful connection with the audience became Wossene’s calling with forming his band, the pop punk ensemble 'Civil Rebellion.'

Jessica Pelton (Saturday Marketplace)

Jes has been singing her whole life, and has a diverse musical background ranging from choral music and musical theater, to jazz and indie pop. She currently plays live music in venues across the Seattle Metro area, per- forming original songs as well as putting her own spin on a wide-range of covers by artists such as Adele, Norah Jones, Lady Gaga, and Alicia Keys. Victoria Fraggoso (Free Concert at the Marketplace)

Victoria Fragoso is a piano-based singer-songwriter from Tacoma, Washington. She draws inspiration from her Hispanic roots, classical piano training, church choir harmonies, and musical theater background. Her music is sure to resonate with fans of Vanessa Carlton, Sia, and Regina Spektor with its diverse range of influences and emotional vocals.

Rupert Wates (Free Friday Marketplace Concert)

Since coming to the US Rupert Wates has won more than 50 songwriting and performing awards (see AWARDS page on the website).  In 2018 he was a finalist at the Kerrville New Folk Song Contest, and an Emerging Artist at Falconridge Folk Festival.  In the last five years alone, 30 of his songs have been covered by other artists, including three tribute albums to his material recorded by performers in Nashville, Denver and Los Angeles.  He averages 120 live shows a year, in every state in the US, in Canada and in Europe. In recent years, house concerts have become Rupert's specialty, and The Listening Room Network has voted him their ‘Artist Of The Year’ in both 2013 and 2016.

New Age Flamenco (Free Saturday Concert)

The band was formed in 1998 by bass player Oleg Ruvinov. In 1999, the band adopted name "New Age Flamenco" and practiced frequently playing popular tunes by Gipsy Kings, Carlos Santana, Armik and others. Their music reflects a strong Latin connection, Mediterranean folk, European roots, jazz, and a gypsy soul blended with the infectious rhythms of modern music.
