Located just a short ferry ride west of downtown Seattle, Pleasant Beach sits on a hill overlooking the historic Lynwood Center neighborhood and Puget Sound’s Rich Passage on the south end of Bainbridge Island. Built on a site surrounding the original Tudor-style Manor House, which now serves as a weddings and event center, the resort includes restaurants, retail shops, a pool and fitness complex, residential townhomes and condominiums.
Seasonal Pool Access
Inn guests enjoy access to the Pleasant Beach Pool during our summer pool season. Our family -friendly pool area features a 25-yard swimming pool, a separate wading pool for little ones, and a hot tub – making it a favorite for families staying at The Inn.
Pet Friendly
The Inn is also a pet-friendly hotel and property! We welcome you to bring your entire family and take advantage of our resort’s open spaces and nearby ocean beaches to enjoy the fresh air with your pet. $50 fee per night. Pet-friendly rooms include Suites 1, 4, 9, 10, 11 & 12. All other suites are pet free.
Full-Service
The Inn’s full-service ‘Front Desk’ check-in remains available for our Inn guests, including The Townhouse Suite. All 23 guest rooms and suites are available for ‘direct-to-room’ check-in for ease of access to help make every guests’ stay at The Inn at Pleasant Beach as enjoyable as possible.

The Inn at Pleasant Beach offers two choices fromThe Marketplace Café and Hammy’s Burgers. The Lynwood Center neighborhood has a variety of dining places to choose from.

Amenities
The Inn at Pleasant Beach offers an to our on-site fitness center that is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM. Bocce ball court and yard games available through the Front Desk. Most Inn rooms feature gas fireplaces, mini fridges, and a coffee set-up.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
Once a reservation has been canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact The Inn at Pleasant Beach Village as soon as possible to avoid potential no-show penalties or additional charges. We recommend retaining your cancellation confirmation for your records.
Any cancellation fee paid may be applied as a credit toward a future stay at The Inn at Pleasant Beach Village, provided proof of cancellation is presented at the time of booking.
Third-Party Reservations
Reservations booked through third-party travel websites, including but not limited to Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Booking.com, Kayak, or similar platforms, must be canceled directly through the original booking provider. Unfortunately, The Inn at Pleasant Beach Village is unable to modify or cancel reservations made through third-party agencies on a guest’s behalf.
