How much will my wedding cost?
Venue Pricing & Event Packages
At The Manor House, our venue fee includes 10 hours of exclusive use, covering tables, chairs, flatware, stemware, and professional staff for both serving and bartending. For your rehearsal dinner, we offer Joe’s Venue with a 4-hour rental period, providing the perfect space to gather before the big day.
Looking to extend the celebration? Add-on options are available for after-parties, next-day brunches, and more to create a seamless wedding weekend experience.
Venue Fees
Pricing varies based on the venue, day of the week, and season:
- The Manor House – starting at $9,750
- Joe’s Venue – starting at $1,500
- Full venue packages available, including ceremony/reception, rehearsal dinner, welcome brunch, and after-hours events at Joe’s Venue.
All fees are subject to Washington State sales tax and service charges.

Are you my wedding planner?
The short answer is no. Your Pleasant Beach Village events team will manage all aspects of your event as it relates to our venues. They will assist in planning your menus, discussing set-up requirements, and handling your guest room block with the Inn Manager. We require that the couple hire a professional, licensed wedding planner. We have several wonderful recommendations available to assist you in finding the right planner for your event.
Your wedding planner will:
- Negotiate with third-party vendors.
- Run the rehearsal (except for our servers/bartenders).
- Manage non-resort-related aspects of the event
- Develop a timeline.
Any décor items brought into the building, such as centerpieces, floral arrangements, and favors, will be handled by your wedding planner, not the events staff. Any items left over after the event will incur an extra clean up fee.

What Is Included With The Venue Rental?
- Full use of the venue space, indoor and outdoor
- Tables: round 60” & 8 ‘ rectangle for dinner seating or high top tables for cocktail style events.
- Catering tableware and glassware
- Basic staffing: Servers and a Bartender
Does The Manor House Provide A Sound System For Our Wedding?
The Manor House is equipped with a sound system that supports ambient music, but we recommend hiring a band, renting microphones or contracting a DJ for all other sound or music needs.
How Do We Book Your Boutique Hotels' Inn Rooms For Our Guests?
Rooms are reserved separately from The Manor House and Joe’s Venue. The Inn at Pleasant Beach Village is located next to our venues for easy access. You can book the 23 rooms if available for all of your guests and put a hold on the rooms. Most people book our Townhouse Suite for the honeymoon suite a beautiful accommodation during their event. The Townhouse Suite is a great place for the wedding party to get ready and have a catered meal or appetizers that we offer through our event coodinator.

Can I Book A Private Party At The Manor House Or Joe’s Venue?
You can certainly book any kind of private eventimaginable from 4-10 hours depending on the season and day of the week.

May I Use Outside Catering For My Event?
The Manor House and Joe’s Venue does not allow outside food or beverage. All catered food is provided by our in-house Chef, but we do allow for outside desserts (such as wedding cakes) from a liscened professional kitchen.
What Are Your Beverage Packages?
The Manor House and Joe’s Venue provide you with a variety of liquor, wine, beer, specialty cocktails, coffee/tea and soft-drinks for you to choose from for your event. We will provide you with an estimate in the initial proposal, but the final beverage fees are based on consumption.
Is The Manor House Pet Friendly?
Animals are welcome in the outside Solarium, but we do not allow animals inside of the Manor House or Joe’s Venue.
Does Pleasant Beach Village Require Event Insurance?
Event insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it.
Does The Manor House and Joe’s Venue Allow Decorations?
Yes! You are more than welcome to decorate The Manor House and Joe’s Venue at Pleasant Beach Village. We ask that there are no marks, damage, or holes done to the property. This includes no removal or displacement of Pleasant Beach Property. Damage may result in additional charges. Please let our events team know what your decorating plans are.
Are There Any Restrictions For Decorating?
We want to support your vision and welcome a variety of decor. However, the following items are prohibited:
- Glitter
- Rice
- Confetti
- Fireworks/sparklers
We also ask that the decorations leave no holes, damage, or tape residual. For hanging items, we recommend command tape or museum putty. There will be an additional charge for any damage or misuse of the property. Anyone decorating must provide their own materials (scissors, fasteners, etc.) and equipment (including ladders). Please note: our staff is not responsible for the set-up and removal of decorations.
Can We Have Candles?
Please feel free to customize your ambience with candles. Please make sure all candles are placed in votives and any tall tapered candles need to be in glass hurricane covers. The covering of the candles is what prevents the wax from dripping on unwanted surfaces. Any wax dripped on table linens, furniture or flooring will result in extra charges.
When Do We Set-Up And Take-Down Decorations?
Decorations must be put up within the rental period unless pre-arranged with the events team. All decorations need to be taken down at the end of the event during clean-up time and removed from the property that evening. A disposal fee may be added for items left behind (including floral arrangements).
