We’re Alexis Saloutos and Nikos Spiliopoulos, and we’re so excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of The Marketplace and By The Glass wine bar (previously Earth & Vine) in Lynwood Center at Pleasant Beach Village!

For years, we poured our hearts into The Shop Agora in Seattle, creating a warm and inviting space to celebrate Mediterranean food and wine. Now, we’re bringing that same passion home to Bainbridge Island, a community we love and feel deeply connected to.
