Manor House Concert Series: Gideon Freudmann

Gideon Freudmann is a cellist and composer who has redefined the role of the instrument for over three decades. He is perhaps best known for adapting the amplified cello to craft the distinct 'CelloBop' sound, consisting of a unique blend of classical, jazz, folk, rock, blues and funk. Using foot-operated effect pedals, he has brought cello playing into new territories of looping, soaring, multi-layering and improvisation. His music is complex, nuanced, creative and compelling.

Manor House Concert Series: Total Experience Gospel Choir

The Total Experience Gospel Choir is hailed as one of the Pacific Northwest's finest soulful ensembles. Pastor Patrinell Staten Wright started the group as a gospel music class at Seattle's Franklin High School in 1973. Since then the choir has grown to become a nationally and internationally known gospel singing group.
This performance features alumni from the acclaimed ensemble, as they present a holiday inspired special event for Bainbridge Islanders, and guests from around the West Sound region. This is a unique, "do-not-miss" event of the Holiday season!

Lynwood Center St. Patricks Weekend Celebration: Kara Hesse

Inspired by simple truths and conscientious themes, singer-songwriter, Kara Hesse brings a refreshing sound and an evocative message. Rooted in blues, classic rock, folk, and barbershop, Kara’s midwestern upbringing later collided with her love for pop, soul, & jazz. Her recently self-released debut EP Better By Morning reveals that very arsenal of influences. She has toured with Denver’s 103.5 The Fox’s Groove Hawgs, opening for acts such as BB King, Al Green, and Buddy Guy at Red Rocks, and continues to build her fan base, while touring between states. She currently lives in Monterey, California.

New Age Flamenco (Free Saturday Concert)

The band was formed in 1998 by bass player Oleg Ruvinov. In 1999, the band adopted name "New Age Flamenco" and practiced frequently playing popular tunes by Gipsy Kings, Carlos Santana, Armik and others. Their music reflects a strong Latin connection, Mediterranean folk, European roots, jazz, and a gypsy soul blended with the infectious rhythms of modern music.

Angelic Noise is very easy listening vibey pop music. Angelic is her real name, and her songs and voice live up to the name! Songs include topics of sex, love, lies, family, travel, and meditation. Acoustic versions of their own original songs, and/or classics Frank Sinatra, The Eagles, and more modern Miley Cyrus, Lorde, Lana Del Rey. All done in their own vibey acoustic style… in 2022 Angelic Noise performed 44 shows in 20 cities.
