Jazz-Folk vocalist Jean Lenke paints scenery & emotion through song, approaching her canvas with broad strokes and a free hand. Having launched her musical career late in life, her music is influenced by an eclectic mix of genres that span generations. Jean has recently made her home in the Pacific Northwest, on the Olympic Peninsula. Through her music she celebrates all the shades and hues life brings us here, feelings, beautifully expressed and set free!
Alabama-born and Southern-raised, Brett Benton has been obsessed with country blues ever since he was a child, listening to his parents’ and grandparents’ records at an early age. By his teens he was playing behind a drum kit, and by his early 20’s was learning his way around slide guitar. Currently in the Pacific Northwest, he has been featured on KEXP and his debut album You Got To Pray features Grammy-winning hill country blues legend Cedric Burnside.
Known for his fierce rhythmic finger picking, melodic slide guitar and booming voice, Brett’s raw style is best heard one of two ways: paying homage to its roots with solo, acoustic slide guitar; and electric alongside a heavy, relentless and dynamic style of drums that really emphasizes what country blues is all about… the hypnotic groove! For either style being played, both remain true to the nature of country blues – a style not played by many – while also retrofitted with grit and a bit of heaviness from the modern times. His music keep the fans moving and grooving!”

Brother Townsend is a band based out of Port Townsend, Washington. Their
sound and style fits loosely in the Americana genre, with solid deviations into Blues,
Rock, and Classic Country. This being said, their original music is of the rare
sort that serves as a delivery mechanism for their touching lyrics. To that point, as a collective, Brother Townsend is committed to making music that speaks to the human condition, that is unconstrained by any border, and that has appeal across generations, class, race, and social divides. They have recently wrapped studio production on their debut EP Bear Bones and are seeking to book gigs in the Pacific Northwest.
