Each year, the historic Tudor-style Manor House transforms into a festive wonderland filled with twinkling lights, holiday music, and the scent of gingerbread and cocoa. Families, friends, and neighbors gather to decorate pre-built gingerbread houses, sip warm drinks, and celebrate the joy of the season in true Pleasant Beach fashion.

The festivities begin with the Deluxe Gingerbread Experience Kickoff Night on Friday, December 12, celebrating National Gingerbread House Day in the most magical way. Guests will enjoy holiday music, Deluxe Gingerbread Kits brimming with premium toppings—chocolate pieces, candy canes, and specialty sprinkles, and festive holiday-themed cocktails and seasonal snacks available for purchase. To make the night even more special, Santa Claus will make a festive appearance, spreading holiday cheer and taking photos with guests. The fun continues on Saturday, December 13, with the Deluxe Family Decorating Experience, offering both ticketed sessions and open drop-in hours for families to enjoy decorating, cocoa sipping, a visit from Santa, and plenty of cheerful holiday treats and beverages available to enjoy.

The celebration carries on with the Signature Gingerbread Experience Days on December 14, 20, 21, and 22, when The Manor House transforms into a cozy holiday workshop. Guests can decorate their houses using Signature Kits, complete with pre-assembled gingerbread, icing, and classic candy selections. Each session includes festive music, complimentary cocoa or cider, and a selection of holiday-inspired cocktails and snacks available for purchase. With its glowing lights, welcoming atmosphere, and joyful energy, The Manor House is the perfect place to gather and create lasting holiday memories.

Each Gingerbread House Kit ticket includes one reserved seat for the decorator. Any additional attendee not decorating or purchasing a kit must purchase an individual seat ticket to attend.
